Connecting people with resources they need for health and well-being is a challenge but well worth the effort. At our table we usually have gratitude postcards which our office will mail anywhere in the world for free. Our hope is that people can experience deeper, stronger, more joy-filled relationships through the simple practice of thankfulness.
In getting with the Halloween spirit, LiveWell also hosts a costume contest! Here is a picture. And yes, the Elmo is me.

Getting to lead a workshop for first year students while still in costume was definitely a highlight of fall quarter. In continuing to practice gratitude, I'm so thankful for an office space where we are trained to operate professionally and get to be in silly and authentic community at the same time.
